I decided to open a home bakery business in early 2019, under the Texas Cottage Food Law.
I use recipes from my childhood and some I have acquired in the past few years.

This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
Each year the Southern Oaks Volunteer Fire Departments hold a fundraiser in February to help cover the cost of running the department.
